I'm a runner. I just completed my 2nd marathon in San Francisco on July 26 and one tool that I use to train is the Runners World Smart Coach. You simply enter some information about a previous race (estimates are ok), how many miles you run each week, and what distance you are training for and it will give you customized program for up to 16 weeks. Oh, and it's free! Just wanted to pass that along. Enjoy!
